Payment Policy
Sign up before July 31, 2026, and save! Early Bird Pricing of $5,000 is available through the end of July, then the price is $5,500.
Registrants who elect to pay in full will receive an invoice for the full amount owed on Sept. 4, due upon receipt.
Registrants who elect to pay in installments will receive one invoice for September-December (4/9 of program fee) on Sept. 4, due upon receipt, and a second invoice for January-May (5/9 of program fee) on Jan. 11, due upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy
The MMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this program. The program is subject to cancellation if there are fewer than 15 registrants. If the MMA must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the program start date and issued refunds. Notification may occur via email, phone, or US mail.
Individual Registrant Cancellation
Registrants must submit written notification to the MMA to receive a refund.
Notice must be received no later than July 31, 2026.
No refunds or credits shall be provided for cancellations made on or after August 1, 2026.
All registrants are responsible for the full cost of the program if they cancel after July 31, 2026.

This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
