Payment Policy
2025-2026 program fee is $5,500. Early bird registration fee of $5,000 is available only through June 30, 2025. Individuals who register by June 30, 2025 will also be eligible to receive a complimentary subscription to SafeHaven, MMA’s confidential and independent resource to help you reduce stress and burnout, promote work/life integration, and support wellbeing. A SafeHaven subscription includes access to peer coaching services to support your leadership journey.
Registrants who elect to pay in full will receive an invoice for the full program fee on Sept. 2, due upon receipt.
Registrants who elect to pay in installments will receive one invoice for ½ the program fee on Sept. 2, due upon receipt, and a second invoice for the remaining ½ on Jan. 12, due upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy
The MMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this program. If the MMA must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to the program start date and issued refunds. Notification may occur via email, phone, or US mail.
Individual Registrant Cancellation
Registrants must submit written notification to the MMA to receive a refund.
Notice must be received no later than August 1, 2025.
No refunds or credits shall be provided for cancellations made after August 1, 2025.
All registrants are responsible for the full cost of the program if they cancel after August 1, 2025.
CME Information
The Minnesota Medical Association (MMA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The MMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 59.9 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
